Enrollment Status List
REQUEST FOR ENROLLMENT STATUS LIST
The Request for Enrollment Status List Page is a confirmation page for NorthSTAR Providers to verify that their request for enrollment has been sent to the Behavioral Health Organization (BHO) so that duplicate contacts inquiring about the status can be avoided.
Prior to this creation of this page, verification of “Sent” information was available but successful receipt or acknowledgement from the NorthSTAR mainframe was not available.
Before You Start
- The Request for Enrollment Status List page is currently only available and applicable to NorthSTAR contracted providers.
- Whenever a NorthSTAR Financial Eligibility Assessment is created for a client who is not currently enrolled in NorthSTAR or they do not have NorthSTAR ID, the client’s name is automatically added the list.
- The client must be determined eligible for NorthSTAR funded Services to be part of the list. If the Financial Eligibility Assessment status changes to “Not Eligible” then the client entry falls off the list.
Business Rules for the Request for Enrollment Status List Page
- Whenever a NorthSTAR Financial Eligibility Assessment is created for a client who is not currently enrolled in NorthSTAR or does not have NorthSTAR ID, the client’s name is automatically added to the list.
- The client must be determined eligible for NorthSTAR funded Services to be part of the list. If the Financial Eligibility Assessment status changes to “Not Eligible” then the client entry falls off the list.
- For that Provider, the List is accessible at NorthSTAR Location level for all clients being enrolled at that location and also at Provider Parent level for a cumulative list of clients being enrolled at all NorthSTAR locations (locations that have NorthSTAR ID in the identifier) for that Provider.
- The client will fall off the list 7 days from the enrollment date. Applicable to the enrolled clients with enrollment date. The newly enrolled clients should stack on top of the list.
- When the client comes onto the list for the first time, their entry will be at the top of the list. For the same client when the BHO staff add a NorthSTAR ID for the client, the client’s entry stays in the same row and does not move up on the list.
How to Access the Request for Enrollment Status List
- To access the Request for Enrollment Status List, go to the Administrative Toolbar at the top of every page of CMBHS. Hover over the Provider Tools tab, and when the sub-menu items display, CLICK on the Request for Enrollment Status List.
- The Request for Enrollment Status List, page ERS108, will open.
How to Use the Enrollment Status List
- All the column headers for the Request for Enrollment Status List have a sort and filter feature to assist you in locating client data.
- The Enrollment Date filter has the following values: Blank, All, and the dates that have been entered by users. All is the default value.
- The user can navigate directly to the Client Workspace from the Request for Enrollment Status List by CLICKING on the view button.
Request for Enrollment Status List Data Fields- The following data fields will display with information auto – filled from various parts of the client record.
Financial Eligibility Date
• Date the client Financial Eligibility was completed.
Client’s Name
• Last Name
• First Name
• Middle Name
Client Number
• This is the client’s unique CMBHS number
Date of Birth (DOB)
• This is the client’s date of birth.
City
• City for the client’s address
Zip Code
• This is the zip code for client’s address
Request for Enrollment Status List Status
• The statuses available for this list are:
• Sent
• NorthSTAR Acknowledgement Received
• Client Enrolled by the BHO
• Client Deleted by the BHO
• Error
Status Date
• The date and time for the status is documented by CMBHS.
Additional Functions
Select All – Check this box to select all the entries. This must be checked before you can use the Delete All function.
View – Click Here to go to the Client’s Workspace to view client documents for additional information.
Delete All – use to remove all selected items from the list.
